I have been going to Creative Nails for years. The Shrewsbury location has been disappointing lately. Perhaps there is a staffing issue? The service just isn't as friendly as it used to be; its difficult to get an appointment; they never allow any walk-ins; cannot book pedi & nails the same day... Being a business owner myself, I take care of my regular customers (no matter what). It's too bad that CN doesn't do the same. There are a lot of nail salons in Shrewsbury currently. One might think that CN would recognize that and do everything to hold onto loyal customers.
Andy is my go to person for SNS nails. He did an excellent manicure. Trina and Jackie both do an awesome pedicure. Trina is so funny and actually got me to relax during my pedicure. Very sensitive feet.
I have been getting my nails done by Tina for over a year. She is great. I have her do the dipping powder every 3 weeks, she listens to what I want and don’t want. My nails always come out perfect!
