Brian (massage therapist) was very knowledgeable and helped relieve a ton of tension in my shoulders. Would highly recommend booking with Brian if you’re looking for specific areas to release tension.

Not a big fan of massages but having been in a lot of pain recently I was finally convinced to go. Now I go monthly and feel better than I've felt in years. I go for deep tissue and if you request one of the people who specialize in that, it makes a world of difference

The Message Envy franchise in Shrewsbury MA does not send any reminders ahead of the appointment (the appointments could have been made a month to two ahead of time and you most probably have forgotten) and when you forget they take away the credit ( 1hour) for the missed appointment. What is disappointing is that, they say they have sent a Text message as a reminder but I have never received any reminder Text message from them. When I asked them to either call me or send me an email the day before they say they don't do emails or phone calls, only automated text messages.
