“When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered our questions and carefully removed the old heater then brought in the new one which was soon up and running. A quick call in the morning got us warm water in the afternoon! The service charge for the first call was reasonable and promptly settled. During the follow-up, extensive diagnostics revealed a faulty blower motor covered under warranty, necessitating an order from the distributor.
