We had a old oil tank in the cellar that was leaking oil in our 1920's Quincy house. Joe at Atlantic Pratt came days after I called and he and his crew removed the old tank. Due to the age of the house and the narrow steps, they had to cut the tank in half to remove it. They then installed a new, smaller tank that was best for our situation. This was all done in one day! The next day we received our oil delivery (kind of a high rate, hence the 4 stars) but we are so happy with the attentiveness Joe gave us and the quick response!
For over a decade the crew at Atlantic Pratt have provided us with phenomenal service. Whenever we need something, they are on it! We highly recommend Atlantic Pratt for oil & service. A family owned and customer centric company that keeps us coming back, year after year.
I have had Atlantic Pratt for well over 25 years. They have been an excellent oil company. They have come in emergencies and all kinds of weather. I have never had a problem. I consider them a great company and very reasonable.
