My first experience with PC Mechanical has gone well. Phil offered knowledgeable and balanced consultation, is very personable and followed up in a responsive and respectful way. We have more work to do before my hearing issue is resolved but so far, really good.

The compressor fan on our heat pump was malfunctioning. We were still getting heat. I called PJ Mechanical on Tuesday afternoon. Thursday morning thier technician came out right on time, diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed it.We are extremely happy with the service provided.

After two big name ("highly recommended") HVAC companies put me on hold for days and days, I found PJ Mechanical via google. Renee answered the phone and she spoke to me like a human -- kind and clear and communicative. She told me when the guys would be at my house and what to expect. When the guys got to my place, they were also kind and professional. They work quietly and cleanly and confidently. PJ also pursued my warranty -- which saved me $$ -- and they came back to check their work and make sure everything was okay. it's a family business -- father and son -- and there's warmth there.
