Our children have been taking lessons at Music 101 for 16 years (guitar, piano, & voice). Every minute has been a wonderful experience. The teachers are knowledgeable and patient. They have excellent teaching methods. Tanya, Steven and Michelle have always been so very helpful and understanding. They feel like family. Last night was our last of 15 recitals with Music 101 and it was bittersweet. We are so proud that both of our kids have learned so much there and have chosen to pursue music as a career (Music Ed and Music Therapy). Music 101 gave them a passion for music and it will live forever in their hearts.
Ellen Stanton has provided wonderful care for my father for the past several years. He relies on her to help with his appointments, errands, and chores at home. She is a kind and thoughtful carepro, and we're lucky to have her.
Kate Saragosa and her nurse are pretty much my favorite medical team ever! Kate has such an upbeat personality that is more infectious than ring worm!! She is clearly so knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions, even silly ones, and explains each treatment and condition to me. Cant recommend enough.
We had Safari Landscape Design give me my dream perennials. They worked so hard, they are really nice people and did everything I asked for with a smile. I recommend them to help you with your home.
I had a mammogram done at Melrose Wakefield Mammography (I think they used to be Hallmark Health), and I highly recommend. It was easy to find and easy to park - dedicated parking in back of the building. Masks are required. Clean waiting room with friendly, helpful front desk staff. Amy did my mammogram, and she did a great job. She was communicative, gentle, and efficient. The whole appointment took less than 30 minutes. I will definitely return next year.
When our washer wouldn’t fill up with water, I contacted the appliance repair company we trusted. They immediately dispatched their serviceman, and he arrived quickly. He replaced several components efficiently, and he handled the concern in no time. I thought I would pay a steep fee, but he only charged a small amount.

Just back from my first visit to Klipping’s Salon. They were able to make an appointment on short notice which I appreciated! My stylist was Joe who did a great job! He listened to what I wanted and gave me a perfect cut! I highly recommend Joe and this salon for its professional services and friendly atmosphere!

Dahab is truly talented!! I have been with her for about 5 months now and everytime I go for my appointment she doesn’t disappoint. She always knows what haircut that will suit my face structure and knows which color for balayage that will compliment my skin tone. Her blowouts are amazing and last long. A hidden gem in Melrose!

Nicolo Salon is friendly clean and welcoming. The atmosphere will make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received at Nicolo Salon from all staff specifically Jill. She is very knowledgeable about color, highlights and style. Jill is personable and professional. Consistency in good quality product is important to me and they have never let me down. Highly recommend.

I got a barbershop haircut that cost a quarter and it was tuff lowkey when he was lineing me up his meat lowkey touched my hand but it was worth it in the end. He made straight eye contact with me and i never looked away and he told me he would use his special cream for my beard a little bit got into my mouth but i didnt mind 10/10 would recommend ask for evan he will take you to the back

Went to Gloss searching for a non toxic/less toxic manicure and nail repair. After years of dip and gel and with the knowledge of endocrine disruption, I wanted to find a better and healthier self care option. The salon had one nail polish option called Dazzle which is a vegan option. Trin was knowledgeable professional and great, the salon was clean and everyone was kind. I'll definitely be back!
I have never had a bad experience at pampered nails. Amy does my builder gel perfectly every time. She suggests shapes and lengths that will look best on my hands and has never failed to make me feel confident walking out of there. Amy is my go to for nails there but every employee is talented and goes above and beyond to make the client happy with their mani or pedi.
Lisa, Michael and Cindy always delivers when I come for a pedicure and manicure. The massage and sugar scrub are my favorite. My girlfriend took me here and I have been hooked ever since

My daughter had terrible experiences at other salons in and around Melrose. She was at her wits end and desperate. We had driven by this blue Victorian style house many times and finally decided to give it a shot. My wife called and Nora was extremely accommodating and asked questions that none of the other hairstylists had asked, this showed her years of experience and passion! My daughter's hair is shoulder length curly hair and was asking for a specific hairstyle, Nora not only understood the style but also knew how to work with my daughter's hair type unlike any other. For the first time she loves her hairstyle. Nora is very talented. I would recommend her to anyone!

Our water heater failed in the middle of the night and drenched the basement. Nightmare! Called Chris first thing next morning and he was able to remove and replace the water heater by 2pm! Just fantastic. Highly recommend!

Ted was recommended to us by a neighbor. We hired him to insulate our garage and replace builder's windows in our living room with Anderson windows. In all of our interactions, he was fair and knowledgeable, helping us understand our options and identifying areas in which we could make choices to stay within budget. He finished the project in a timely manner and was responsive and easy to work with. Our living room looks great and is much less drafty with the new windows!
