Shaylynn is a fantastic massage therapist. I originally came in with pain in my spine that was radiating to my shoulder blade and back muscles that were fairly locked up. Shaylynn's technique provided immediate and (more importantly) lasting relief to my pain. She has very strong hands and always uses the perfect balance of pressure to really work the tissues without making it too painful or leaving you bruised (I've sadly had both from other local therapists). I was looking for a way to de-stress after a long stressful year. Shaylynn was phenomenal being able to do that. She has worked out some stress in my shoulders and neck. I am returning for another appointment and will continue appointments with her. Very relaxing mentally and physically removed a lot of tension in my neck.
