Kate is the best LMT in the area if not the state, if not the world!! In all seriousness she is very well trained in multiple modalities and techniques. She holds incredible space for her clients and will adapt to fit each person's specific needs or preferences seamlessly. I most appreciate how she will check in and ensure in each session that you are comfortable. I like to say she literally just fixes my body, but I think knowing that there is a therapist who will really listen to your body and to you and then use her expertise to treat and heal those areas that need work is so valuable. Kate at bodyography did a phenomenal job. She took time to listen to my concerns and where I needed work on the most and nailed it. Best massage I have had in an a while and I can’t wait to go back next month. I feel like a new person in the best way possible.

Mandy did a fabulous job working out the knots from nursing. The cupping experience was a little painful at times but definitely worth it! It would be awesome if I could find someone as thoughtful and caring as her in every city I travel to.
