Our water heater failed and Rich was able to come out the same day to replace it. He stayed late and even fixed some gaps in our basement window (I was going to get to it, I promise!). He is kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Rich, ably assisted by his wife, Lori, replaced our aging furnace this week and we could not be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. From the moment he came to give us an estimate and throughout the installation, Rich demonstrated his decades of experience and breadth of knowledge. He always explained what he was doing, and why, and his attention to detail was on display at all times. Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules.
