I had a great experience with this salon! I have gotten my hair done here twice and the second time I realized blonde did not work for my complexion and she fixed it the same week for free. Amazing service and great response time!

I have gone to several different salons here in Melrose. One of which damaged my clothing with bleach... not to mention, their complementary make-up made me break out. I eventually found another salon to get my hair done. I went there a handful of times, until my hair was beyond damaged. I had breakage and hair loss. I had to take my hair back to baseline and use organic baby shampoo, until my hair was strong enough to color again. Needless to say, I was wearing a lot of hats. Great find, Really wanted someone close to home but that never seems to happen, Plus when you have been loyal to someone else it's very hard to make the transition. But I had to travel so I needed to take a chance, So I tried her. The owner greeted me, she was very gracious and accommodating. Explained to me the products are all European she is very current with shows in NY and Europe keeping with her development in can be very current and edgy. I love her products they are all European organic no chemicals in your hair. My cut and style are amazing. People comment quite often, it never looks dry or frizzy anymore! Great fin I'm very happy with her! Good luck
