“Paul Jerrier from Jerrier’s Oil Burner Service had installed a new furnace in my home in the dead of winter in 2019. We had a 2 year old son at the time, and Paul was working as a contractor for a different local heating company. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, and my wife was given Paul’s number by the former owner of that local company. Our furnace needed servicing since the burner kept locking out. With the colder weather rolling in (late October/early November), two sons and a baby on way any day, we decided to reach out to Paul directly.He was easy to contact and came in right away to do the cleaning and maintenance, and had replaced a few parts that were not working properly. He was able to keep tabs on how everything was going which gave us such peace of mind.After about 4 years of working with Paul, whether directly or indirectly, has made me a client for life. “My central AC unit wouldn’t work just before July 4th weekend. Alex came out on the 3rd and repaired the wiring but learned that the unit itself was no good. He immediately got on the phone, found that the replacement unit was in stock. I got a quote then. The quote was found to be reasonable so I had Alex do the work. “The best. That's all! I have been using them as my heating system experts and oil providers and not a minutes problem. They did not install my heating system but when I became a customer they reviewed it and it is now covered under their protection plan. They have come through BIG TIME on one major issue that cropped up (of course on the COLDEST NIGHT OF THE WINTER!). I thought I was going to have to find emergency housing but they got out here at 11pm, and fixed things so I could stay in the house and my pipes would not freeze. Next morning - here with the part to install it. It was a major part and it was A LOT of work. Had other work just recently on some oil lines to bring them up to date. Just wonderful. They are so good.“

“28 years and counting!!2 years ago I inherited a very old home with a SuperStor water heater that is connected to my boiler. I recently have begun to have issues with the slow recovery rate of my hot water. It would take many hours for the hot water to build back up after only one shower.I called HTP and they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my water heater just by telling them the serial and model numbers. Devon walked me through a few very simple troubleshooting steps. When I flushed some of the water out, it was completely clean (which is impressive since is has not been flushed in over two years). He then had me adjust the thermostat and now I am waiting to see the results.The fact that this water heater had been going strong for 28 years with little maintenance or issues is amazing. The responsive and helpful customer service is just as amazing.If I had called a plumber, I would have probably fooled into spending thousands of dollars on an unnecessary new water heater (+ expensive labor).“

“I wish I could give a customer service a 5 but can't. The customer service has been a 5 always to us especially as our tank gages are horribly placed and stick often. Due to this we have found ourselves dangerously low and Bob & the girls have been AMAZING! They have squeezed us in as we wouldn't make a week + wait. We worry we may not be able to pay auto pay/delivery due to how we are paid or we would just go that route.The deducted star is due to pricing and wishing our gages would be corrected. Also, during covid our pilot went out. This company refused to come out despite no contact where as others would. My heart broke for elderly and I didn't understand where no contact was needed. I mean seriously, cashiers were still ringing and touching cash in closer proximity. Robys & Kingston Oils/Gas shouldnt be servicing your peeps during covid. Regardless, I still think Bridgewater does care deeply for us and tries to keep us warm thanks crew! I hope that covid msg hit upper management. It was a HORRIBLE policy to not service any furnaces.“
