“Great oil provider. They’re always transparent about ongoing market changes and how it affects pricing, which to be honest is reasonably priced. They always deliver on time and right when my tank hits a quarter full. They use a projection method to predict when customers tanks will be low and it’s always spot on. Additionally, their service team is great, especially given I have a more unique (rare) furnace and to my surprise the techs are familiar with it. Satisfied customer, will continue to do business with them.“

“Our AC died on one of the hottest days of the year. I made the mistake of calling a different business who promised me that someone would be out that day between 6 and 8pm. I waited until midnight and nobody ever showed up.

The reason I bring all of this up is because I called Lambert's at midnight and spoke with the owner. After explaining the situation and what my partner and I suffered that day, he told me that he would have his technician call first thing in the morning. I was skeptical, but lo and behold Chris called at 730 am and made an appointment with us later that morning.

Chris was professional, efficient, and explained what was wrong with our AC. Thankfully, he was able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. If I ever have plumbing or AC issues again, I'm going to call these guys first.

“I have a steam boiler and the piping in my house is OLD. There was a very messy pipe burst on Monday. I called, they came and realized it would be a big job. They assessed what would need to be done and let me know they would need to gather the right sized pipes etc (OLD weird sized pipes!). Showed up first thing Tuesday morning and not only fixed it all, they also finished cleaning up the mess caused by the burst pipe. Highly recommend!“
