Jamie & Maelah were extremely pleasant! Upon arrival they introduced themselves to me and informed me of what they were going to do. It was an all day repair. Maelah kept me informed and both Ladies were a pleasure to have working my store !
John and Varty came to my facility on time and performed a PM on the Ice Machine. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. Both very polite and considerate and did a great job explaining each step of what they were doing and why. I will not hesitate to call SS service corp again for any HVAC or appliance service needs. Henry and Vardy just left my Cumberland Farms location after being here the majority of the day and inspecting all of our units. I feel they did a very thorough inspection and I am confident in their work, they were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. They also found a unit to be underperforming and have made maintenance recommendations to the company.
