“I have been asking for Platinum Home Services for a while since their name came up when scheduling my yearly heat maintenance through my gas company. The workers have always been very professional and pleasant to deal with, eager to answer my questions or offer relevant advice. “I have a steam boiler and the piping in my house is OLD. There was a very messy pipe burst on Monday. I called, they came and realized it would be a big job. They assessed what would need to be done and let me know they would need to gather the right sized pipes etc (OLD weird sized pipes!).
