“I’m giving this company a truly honest & FAIR review!! During this storm I understand they are in high demand. Once they were able to help out they got in touch and came down to see us. Our Navien system had a problem where the fuse relay part got fried during the power outage. Was a quick diagnosis because believe it or not, we had spent the past 3 days troubleshooting and the tech confirmed the issue. He said probably a couple hundred bucks and left to get the part. The boss sent us the quote of $1500. to get this box to restore our heat (and being without heat since Monday during the blizzard we were desperate to do this). The tech Greg was a friendly GREAT GUY and the installation was quick! The price tag was a lot more than expected! I assumed it was going to be 1,000’ish but definitely NOT $1500! We were desperate though with a sick kiddo in our house without heat! Happy with the service but I feel that quote was just too high. I Chose 4 stars because the service was good but the price wasn’t BUT I KNOW they have the right to charge what they want and during desperate times people will pay it right?? thank you for fixing our heat!“

“We had an amazing experience with Scott Lambert Plumbing.
Out of nowhere we experienced a sudden leak that began flooding our basement. Not knowing where to turn, we called a neighbor who immediately and strongly recommended Scott. Upon calling him he instructed me take emergency steps and was at our house quickly. He rectified the problem. Crisis averted and additionally this took place on a Friday before a holiday weekend. We can’t thank him enough and intend to have him return for a major project that we need done.“

“My review is overdue as Elijah at Prosolutions Bath and Boiler made a few trips to my family's home in February 2026. We had a variety of repairs and improvements to be done, some of which needed to be coordinated with other contractors. Elijah was seemless in matching his schedule and completing his work in concert with the other happenings ay my house. Elijah repaired a leak at our main shut-off valve, capped a pipe that needed to be resealed, adjusted a wonky shower control, installed a new ADA-compliant toilet, and extracted and reinstalled our finicky old dishwasher from the kitchen counter so some other repairs could be made to the wall behind it. This meant three visits and lots of patient work by Elijah. He worked carefully, efficiently, and with meticulous detail to each task, all while entertaining us with his endearing personality and melodious voice singing while he worked. At the end, Elijah always cleaned his entire workspace and made tested his work for my satisfaction. He gave hard labor for a very fair wage and was quite dependable and skilled. I won't hesitate to call Prosolutions Bath and Boiler again in the future or to share his number with family and friends.“

“When our hot water heater died we called Anthony at AJM Heating and Plumbing and got a quick response and two fair estimates from some pictures we sent. We moved forward and Anthony's colleague Chris was over in about 30 minutes to prep the old water heater for removal while Anthony sourced the replacement. Both men were friendly, professional, and efficient. They answered our questions and carefully removed the old heater then brought in the new one which was soon up and running. A quick call in the morning got us warm water in the afternoon! We were having a problem with hot water circulation and they came out the next day and figured out that the mixing valve for the tub was not working and the cause behind the hot water not making its way to the other faucets in the house. They shut it off, ordered the part, came back a few days later and now we have hot water again. Could not be any happier.“
