The three previous HVAC contractors I had out to diagnose the issue all came to the same conlcusion that I needed a new condenser-and the unit was only three years old.
Jason from HIM arrived this morning exactly on time, was professional and asked me a few questions about the issue I was having.
Within 15 minutes, Jason discovered a crossed wire was causing the issue, that I did not need a new condenser but a recharge of the refrigerant would also be helpful.
Jason then made sure cold air was flowing at the correct temperature and assured me that all was good.
