Big kudo's to the team at Advance Air & Heat for having the initiative and drive to help solve our Paint booth heating issue. Every company that came in to look at the issue only had one problem solving solution, which was to spend lots of $$$$ and replace the paint booth heating unit. Absolutely brilliant. Our office had an issue with water spots/mold forming on ceiling tiles. Their technician was courteous and prompt in his inspection, and explained where the problem originated. After he had finished, I asked if it would be possible to get a description of the problem and what was serviced for our records. What we received later was a detailed email, complete with pictures. This level of professionalism is beyond reproach, we cannot stress enough the level of our satisfaction with their services.
