The best. That's all! I have been using them as my heating system experts and oil providers and not a minutes problem. They did not install my heating system but when I became a customer they reviewed it and it is now covered under their protection plan. They have come through BIG TIME on one major issue that cropped up (of course on the COLDEST NIGHT OF THE WINTER!). I thought I was going to have to find emergency housing but they got out here at 11pm, and fixed things so I could stay in the house and my pipes would not freeze. Thankfully, the delayed install was done in less than 6 weeks, between 1 1/2 - 2 weeks after this, so the situation wasn't as dire as report above. I hope the next person has a better experience, but the installation was well done also.
I appreciate the services I receive from Deveney. I have been a customer for 24 years. In 6/2023, my annual tune up was great. My service technician, Tony, ensured my boiler and oil tank is working efficiently. Devaney installed my new oil tank in 7/2022. I was thankful that Tony ensured my tank was properly installed and working correctly. I strongly recommend that you purchase the annual Oil Burner Protection Plan and Tank Protection. They will save you money on your annual maintenance and purchase of a new tank. Thanks Tony for my recent tune-up!
