“I just wanted to leave a quick review on Claude Dubord & Sons septic service. This was my first time dealing with a septic tank. They showed up first thing in the morning as I was unprepared. I promised I would have my lids dug out. I thought I marked out my tank lids last week. Turns out they were just rocks. I apologized for not being ready and told him I’d reschedule when I found them. The driver patiently said “don’t worry, I’ll help you find them.” He found both lids within minutes without having any house plans. He told me he’d go pump another house in the area, and give me a chance to dig up the lids. The driver returned and pumped the system with no issues. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Turns out he was the owner of the company Jeff. I usually don’t write reviews but he went above and beyond to help get my system taken care of for me, and I appreciate that. Thank you Claude Dubord & Sons inc! You have a lifelong customer in me. Great job!!!“

“My central AC unit wouldn’t work just before July 4th weekend. Alex came out on the 3rd and repaired the wiring but learned that the unit itself was no good. He immediately got on the phone, found that the replacement unit was in stock. I got a quote then. The quote was found to be reasonable so I had Alex do the work. “28 years and counting!!2 years ago I inherited a very old home with a SuperStor water heater that is connected to my boiler. I recently have begun to have issues with the slow recovery rate of my hot water. It would take many hours for the hot water to build back up after only one shower.I called HTP and they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about my water heater just by telling them the serial and model numbers. Devon walked me through a few very simple troubleshooting steps. When I flushed some of the water out, it was completely clean (which is impressive since is has not been flushed in over two years). He then had me adjust the thermostat and now I am waiting to see the results.The fact that this water heater had been going strong for 28 years with little maintenance or issues is amazing. The responsive and helpful customer service is just as amazing.If I had called a plumber, I would have probably fooled into spending thousands of dollars on an unnecessary new water heater (+ expensive labor).“

“I called Rob for help with one of my outdoor water spigots. Somehow it burst and sent water shooting out like a fire hydrant. He answered his phone at 6:30am, which I just thought I was going to leave a message, and was pleasant as can be. He asked for pictures of the pipe, etc, and I sent them later when I arrived home from work. Within 15 minutes, Rob called and told me how to repair it myself. It was just in need of a new hose clamp! Silly me! BUT, he did not take advantage of the situation, he saved me what could’ve been a $300 charge, and told me if I still had trouble to reach out.Thank you Rob for being honest and professional! I will definitely call again if I’m in need. ?“
