Went to Macys today to get some glasses. Had the pleasure to work with Brian Kelly. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. The whole experience was seamless. Definitely ask for Brian if you need glasses!

Brian and Janelle were extremely helpful today. They helped me pick out some nice glasses and I really enjoyed hearing there opinions on different glasses. In the end I was able to get some glasses I really liked.

Regina, your employee at the Macy's store at the Square One Mall in Saugus did an exceptional job of locating the exact frame i was having so much trouble finding. It took some extra effort on her part, but she made me a happy customer. I will happily recommend her and LensCrafters as a go to destination for friends and family. david
