“I love the boutique vibe and the small town feel of Socias. The entire team has been so nice and even accommodating to our family, which is only relocated in Burlington. Maureen, the owner, speaks Spanish and was instantly preferred by my MIL. She was even so gracious to come to our home and cut/style my MIL's hair once she was physically unable to for hair appointments. I can't thank her enough for that special blessing. When a lady is used to going to the salon and really makes her feel good, there's nothing like a stylist that makes it happen at home, despite the circumstances. Outside of this extreme kindness, we have always had good experiences with Sheila and Diane. I have had cuts by Sheila - she keeps me looking young and fun :) my daughters both got their back to school cuts with Diane this year. Although it was very clear she doesn't regularly do kids hair, she made it work and they loved how they felt and looked when we left. Every time I go to socias, I enjoy seeing the patrons interact with the staff & I feel like I am welcome and part of something.“

My daughters have also been going to Susan for their haircuts and for special occasions and she has always given them exactly what they wanted. “Julie is my hairdresser & she's the best & very friendly & knowledgeable even when I was @ the hospital & they pumped me up with potassium & magnesium she took over 5hrs to try to fix my hair & she didn't over charge me. I would never leave to go to another salon, I've been with Julie for so many yrs. She always tries to get my purple streaks perfect, even though my hair doesn't want it to stay in?! & Julie knows how much my hair means to me especially having cancer & if I ask for a trim every yr that's what she does! “I could not be happier with the smoothing treatment I recently had done at EASE hair studio with Kaylee! I absolutely LOVE the way Inca Glow worked for my normally very coarse and frizzy hair. There seriously are no words for the before/after transformation - it is so much shinier and super easy to blow dry now. It takes about half the time and the results are dramatic. I have tried other straightening treatments, including Brazilian Blowout, and nothing has worked as well as Inca Glow. This is the second time I've had it done - the first treatment lasted over 5 months. Kaylee is the best - she made the whole process easy and knew exactly what to do to get the best results for my hair type. I cannot recommend this product and this stylist enough!“

“I have been a nail client of Effie’s for many years. I love that my nails are done by hand, no drills or other tools that can weaken a nail. I am a gel nails client and there is a wide variety of colors to choose from. Effie takes great care to ensure her clients are happy with their services and is a wonderful conversationalist. We’ve learned a lot about each other over the years so there is never a shortage of conversation and laughter. It’s like hanging with a good friend when I go for my appointments.

Julia has been doing my hair for the past couple of years. She is kind, knowledgeable and an expert at her craft. I always feel my best after she’s worked on my hair, whether it’s a color, a cut or just a wash & blow dry!

Lisa has taken care of my esthetician needs a few times. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. I’ve always felt comfortable in her care.
