I usually really like Bruce nails but I went today and showed a picture...my nails looked terrible and NOTHING like the picture. I had them redone, but had to pick a different color because they were not able to do what I wanted. Two hours later, my nails are already all scratched up. I got dip and the only thing I have done since then is fold laundry. Really really upset and disappointed. First picture is what I showed them, second is what I got.

I've been going to bruce nails for a while now. They are consistent and Natalie does a great job with my nails. She is patient and understands my needs and sensitivity to the process. She handles me with so much care that I look forward to my next visit.Services: Manicures
