I leave satisfied with my pedicures and manicures. Have gone to a few different nail technicians at Bruce’s and happy with all of them!
Had the worst experience at Bruce's Nails. My mother and I made reservations, there was only 1 seat available and because my mother cannot climb stairs we got separated. 20 minutes after arriving still no service. I called the main telephone number to question what was going on? After a 1/2 hour my pedicure finally began. Gonna think long and hard about coming back here again!?
Absolutely AMAZING experience at Bruce Nails, and Trish, Laila and Natalie are absolute gems! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere is welcoming and professional. Trish's expertise and attention to detail truly set her apart. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered flawlessly. The results were beyond my expectations! The entire staff was friendly and courteous, making my visit truly enjoyable.
