“After looking at reviews of carpet cleaners in the area, I chose Absolute Carpet & Upholstery Care. I've never had carpets cleaned so I can't comment about any comparison. What I can say is that Manny was super friendly and a joy to talk with and answered all my questions. He got many stains out I didn't think would come out but a couple stains remained I hoped would come out but he explained why. Either way our carpets are drastically cleaner now and would have no problem recommending him to all my friends. I really liked how he called the day before to confirm his arrival time. “Henry and his team cleaned a very dirty sectional sofa and an area rug for us. They did a wonderful job - even better than I expected. The sofa had a really deep clean that got all the dust out (and we've had that sofa through two house renovations which were both very dusty!). Henry was a pleasure to work with - super responsive by email and text, very pleasant to have in the house, and arrived right on time. “As promised on their site, they will continue to spot clean the rug as many times as it takes until further cleaning makes no difference. They cleaned my well used, stained and mildewed rug to look like its original self. I'm very pleased, and I will be using them again in the future. There are other places that offer one day cleaning, but I seriously doubt they can do as good of a job.“

“My wife and I just moved into a brand new house and we NEEDED our couch cleaned. We have a three year old and, need I really say more ? Between the food, milk, snots and whatever else has made its way onto this thing, it was gross to say the least. I did a yelp search and came across Express Cleaning. I reached out and Alex was very responsive. I sent him a picture of the couch and he gave me a quote. He explained his process, what was needed, how long it would take etc. Throughout the week we we were in touch and he kept his word as to when he would arrive. When he did arrive he explained his process in a bit more detail. Told me it was going to take between two and three hours (in my mind it would have been 45 minutes tops). He was professional, courteous, polite and, respectful! He wore a mask and booties over his shoes without me even having to ask. He setup his own table, tarp (as to not get anything on the floors), had all his equipment and did his thing. Three hours later he was done. When it came time to pay him I was totally expecting the ol bait and switch. Not the case. He stuck to his word and I was (still am) in shock. For what he quoted he worked his tail off and it wasn't enough. I cannot recommend Alex enough. Definitely 5/5 would recommend. I'd leave him a 10/10 if possible. We collected a bunch of his cards and are recommending him to friends and family. Thank you Alex! You rock!!“
“We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.“
