Greenwood Dental Burlington is a very professional place where the entire family feels comfortable and in good hands. The team is always room for a friendly word and a good laugh. The hygienist was thorough and gentle, and the dentist explained the issues. The staff went above and beyond, with one administrator skillfully retrieving keys from a locked car. The dentist is the most patient and understanding, doing an awesome job making a crown. The dental assistants are awesome, very knowledgeable and caring, and the receptionists are friendly and personable. The office is very clean and very modern with excellent staff, providing the same great care on every visit. For those with anxiety around dental work, they are so understanding and made sure work was accomplished in a timely manner without making anyone feel bad. The dentist even called the day after to make sure everything was okay. Excellent care all the way around.
My first visit to this dental practice was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and professional. The receptionist, dental hygienist, and doctor all made me feel comfortable and took the time to clearly explain what to expect.
The atmosphere from beginning to end was warm, positive, and genuinely caring. I walked out with a big smile, not only because my cleaning was great, but because I truly felt good and cared for.
Needless to say, I’ll be transferring my family’s dental care to this practice. Thank you to the entire team for making my first experience such a great one! Highly recommend! 🦷✨
Staff was very friendly, communicative and professional. Diane in the front desk was so helpful! I got an appointment within a couple days and had a nice experience during my cleaning with Caitlin and Dr. Lebib. Thank you all!
