“We had issues with our front steps falling apart over the past few years. Several bricks fell out and others were cracked. The steps also started to lean. I contacted four companies for quotes. Orlando with JR's Landscaping was at my house the next day to talk about options and the process. The next day he sent me the quotes for each option along with a break down on what was included. Demo, prep, material and cost. After the demo they found rotting wood and some cracked concrete behind the old steps. I didn't have a contractor to do the work, bur Orlando thought of someone and they came out within a few hours to look at the issue and quote it. The next day, the rotting wood and cracked concrete were resolved. The granite steps were installed along with our old railing that was sanded down and painted. The crew that did the work were safe, worked hard and kept me informed through the whole process. I would strongly recommend JR's to anyone and I will call them again for any future work.”
