They do a great job but they are not clear on pricing online and say everything is an add on. For example, I got a dip manicure which in their website says $50. Then when I check out they told me $60 so I asked why the price difference and apparently cleaning the cuticles was an additional $10???? I’ve never heard this from a nail salon. Same with a gel pedicure - it says $55 online but it came to $75 when I checked out.. so be careful. A bit pricey of a spot

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year if not longer. When I first began going here there was a kind young nail tech who would take good care of my nails (they were perfect every time) and talk to me like a human. Ever since she left my experience has shifted. Every time I come in staff makes me feel unwelcomed and constantly starts talking to one another when I speak. The last time I was there during my pedicure, my nail tech and another tech were having a private conversation whispering to one another during my service. Not to mention the nail tech used a cold towel and cold stones on me until I made a comment and she stepped away to warm up the stones...read full review

Amazing, every time. I visit Serena Nails every 2.5 weeks for my mani(dip) and pedi and my experience has been exceptional. My nail technician is detailed, expert and kind. I have introduced a friend to Serena and she loves it too.
