We did a large renovation and moved into the house in 2014.I really enjoyed working with his crew but I'm left feeling like a lot of corners were cut in the finish work. The met their move in expectation within 10% of the original forecast and were within a couple points of budget (although I micromanaged the budget with more granularity than they did). It was relatively smooth sailing for the first 90% of the project.By the end of the project, however, Doug and I had a very hard time seeing eye-to-eye. We used Integrity Building & Design for a family room remodel in 2015 that exceeded all expectations. We are currently using them again for a basement build-out. Highly recommend them.
