We really enjoyed working with Stamski on our new construction project. We found them easy to communicate with, thorough, and patient. They were attentive to our needs and helped us come up with a great plan for our property.

We engaged Stamski and McNary to stake our boundaries, in anticipation of installing a fence. They did a fine job, were thorough in locating existing markers, patient in addressing our questions, and all members of their team were a pleasure to deal with.

Used them for surveying a residential Property. The property is in Everett, so I was happy that they serve this area with a price that is competitive with the more in city surveyors. Excellent communication. Did not have to wait months and months on a wait list. That was a plus!! They responded quickly to my call and emails. Contract done with e/doc signing so I never had to step in my car and drive to Acton. Reliable, professional service by surveyors. I'm pleased with the service and recommend them. I believe they service most of Boston. Five stars!!
