this studio is so lovely! the vinyasa classes are a great balance of challenging and calming. each teacher has their own style so you can try out different approaches to practicing yoga. I used to teach yoga myself and this is my favorite studio in the area!
I popped into a yoga class. The actual class was fantastic. But I did not realize nor does it say anywhere on the website that it is a HOT yoga studio. Just an FYI if anybody has issues with heat, they are heated classes!
Such an incredible studio that offers a variety of classes for all abilities. The owner is the best teacher I have ever had the pleasure to learn from. The studio is warm and welcoming and a true community. It is incredible to have this gem so close by.
