I found Steve to be friendly, knowledgeable, and informative with respect to what he planned to do, expected follow up, and any relevant precautions.
He did call an hr before estimated arrival time which turned out well o be 1 hr 40 min prior to arrival.
I haven’t noticed any changes in the wasp activity since his treatment application 24 hrs ago. So hopefully we will before Steve’s 2 week follow up.
I did ask him to inspect the 1st floor bathroom air vent duct for carpenter ants. I’m not sure if he did from him visit summary. But overall, I have no complaints. Lisa
