I recently visited Moodz for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The space was pristine and the atmosphere lively yet peaceful. Before beginning the massage, Stephanie took the time to ask thoughtful questions and make sure I was comfortable and that she understood the areas where I was experiencing tension. She was incredibly thorough, clearly experienced, and applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and restored. The small touch of meeting me with a glass of water when I finished changing was so thoughtful and appreciated. Will definitely be back!
Today was my first visit to Moodz, and I had a wonderful massage with Lindsey. She was warm and welcoming, and the massage was strong, yet relaxing. She asked me how I was feeling, and she made sure to focus on the areas I mentioned. At the end of the visit, she gave me some tangible insight into why I was feeling tight in certain areas and made some very helpful recommendations. I left feeling so refreshed! I will definitely be back.
At moodz spa today I got a message and it was 10/10 experience! lindsey was my message therapist and she knew exactly when I walked in that I was having a migraine from my body language and she knew exactly how to make it disappear it was so amazing and relaxing and she made me feel so comfortable! I will definitely be coming back!
