We hired Thomas to do a full, gut renovation of our kitchen, and some nearby spaces, shortly after moving into a new home. This was a pretty big project, involving rearranging walls, new plumbing, floors, etc., complicated by the fact that we were living in the house with three young kids through the construction. Thomas and his team really went above and beyond to make sure the whole process ran smoothly from start to finish. In addition to working through the design, and the many choices involved in that, Thomas and his team seamlessly managed all of the various subcontractors involved in different parts of the project, so we only had to manage one point of contact---Thomas.

We worked with Thomas on 3 different large projects in our house—modifying a sunroom, finishing a basement to include adding a full bathroom, and a large upstairs renovation that involved moving walls, expanding a bathroom, and adding upstairs laundry. The entire process was seamless from beginning to end. He took the time to look at our inspiration photos, understand our vision and family’s functional needs, gave us a plan, and executed it on time and on budget. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and would continue to work with him for any of our future house projects.
