Dan goes above and beyond! He was super patient and detailed from start to finish. He walked us through every visible house detail, explained how all the systems function, and even gave us extra homeowner tips for ongoing maintenance. Professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful – Dan certainly stands out as the best inspector we've worked with!
Incredibly patient, kind, thorough, and takes his time to walk you through, educate you on what you’re looking at, and answer any questions. He is responsive, an excellent communicator, and beyond dependable. Also, the system he uses for sending the inspection is so helpful - not only does it easily allow for pdf conversion and is easily accessible, but it allows you to select items to make lists off of for your agent, the seller, etc. highly recommend. You get what you pay for - a high quality product and service - worth every penny.
Dan inspected a Deck House estate sale property for me. He was incredibly thorough and took over four hours to do the job. He is clearly passionate and knowledgeable, and he gave me great advice for navigating complex issues with flat roofing and water quality. Highly recommended!
