Terry at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart and so helpful! A handful of my coworkers come here and they have GREAT hair, so I was excited to come in. Johnna was so so sweet to me the whole time, and really listened to what I wanted. I'm growing out a pixie cut and needed help making the process less awkward, and Johnna shaped me up for that wonderfully - AND changed how I style my hair forever. I didn't know I had so many natural curls until she showed me how to bring them out!!

I was really anxious about getting my curly hair cut for the first time in 13 years and she talked with me, asked me questions, and taught me some tips about how to work with my curls. This is the my second time coming and each time the appointment time DID NOT MATTER. We waited 45 mins to an hour with an appointment. They don’t have enough technicians to accommodate appointments in a timely manner. If you don’t mind the wait, then they are great.

Heidi was so great at fitting me in last minute & talking about different options. And suggested something she felt would work better for me. I’ll know more as the weeks go on, but the finished product is great. I had acrylic nails for well over a decade, and have not had anything on my nails for the last six years. I went to another salon 11 days ago for gel-x nails, and had already lost one nail and had multiple nails that were lifting. I had the gel nails soaked off, and Heidi did dip powder, and even did the color I wanted in the powder. I can’t wait to see how these new nails do over the next couple of weeks. They were very professional, and the salon was very clean. I felt very welcome in the salon.

I was unable to find anyone that compares to her in Nashville so I returned to Shreveport so she could work her magic. She also happens to have one of the kindest soul I've had the pleasure to encounter. The salon is fabulous. Items tucked around to make a woman feel fabulous should you need new baubles. This is a very nice spa! Had the best massage ever from Jada, she really knows what she is doing! I think hands down the best massage ever but I'm sure everyone says that. She found all my knots my only regret is I just wish I had booked the 80 min session with her. There is a huge dry sauna here also. The steam sauna was down.

While in the maintenance phase, I have been able to lose even more and feel that much better by continuing what Rich has suggested.

I first went to Shane in 2017 after my brother referred me, and I’ve been a fan ever since! My brother and sister-in-law had appointments, and we all drove from Texas to Shreveport together. Shane was kind enough to fit me in that same day.
A few years later in 2021, my husband and I made another trip to Shreveport for our birthday weekend, and we both got tattooed by Shane. To this day, I still absolutely love my tattoos—they’ve held up beautifully, and the detail and quality are unmatched.
Shane is professional, talented, and makes the whole experience comfortable and memorable. I can’t wait to make the drive back to get more work done. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for an artist who truly cares about his craft and his clients!

My 12-year old needed her ears repeirced, as the holes had closed. After much research, I realized that a tattoo parlor was the safest and least painful place to get her ears repeirced. I’m so glad I decided to come to Tattoo Paradise. Harv was great. He was funny, kind and gentle. The piercing room was clean and he had a three-step cleaning routine for my daughter’s ears before he did the peircing. The peircing didn’t hurt as much as Claire’s did, and the holes were evenly placed this time. Harv spent time teaching my daughter how to care for her ears. I highly recommend Tattoo Paradise for clean, precise peircing.

A pipe broke underground outside this weekend and so the water had to be turned off. I was referred to Harrell for his excellent work and customer service and I was so grateful because he fit in the job asap, the day I phoned. He has a lot of experience and went right to work, finishing up quickly and was on his way. He is very professional and skilled, somehow without 'charging an arm and a leg'. We will always be calling on him for any plumbing issues.

Quick, courteous, and very effective plumbing team. I have used them several times now for a variety of needs - toilet repair x 3, garbage disposal installation x 2, bathtub faucet, recaulking fixtures. At a minimum, they have met my expectations each time.
Enviro-vac got us out of a bind. Our septic tank overflowed Sunday night. I called them Monday morning and Steve was out here that afternoon in a spotless Peterbilt vacuum truck. The septic tank was 22 yrs old and never been pumped. Steve dug around and found the pump out hole. Tank was filled to the top. He started the vacuum line and was done in less than 30 minutes. Replaced access cover, filled dirt back in and was headed to the yard. Thanks for great service and a professional to do the job. Harry Harvey

Vickie has been spraying our house for regular pest control. We live in the country, but we haven't seen any bugs or snakes since she started treating for them. I reached out to a few companies about installing a putting green in my new back yard. William came within a day or 2 of talking on phone. Everything was planned and executed very nice and professional. Rain slowed us down a little but in the end whole yard dressed with new sod, rock and a green that is amazing. Called them last week for estimate. They promptly returned my call and came out to quote the removal of 4 large oak trees. Pricing was very fair and included stump grinding. It is no exaggeration to say that Dr. Kearst has extended the span and quality of my life if not outright saved it. On my first visit, Dr. Kearst took my blood pressure which came back high. Instead of immediately proceeding with the exam and cleaning, he initiated a conversation with me about my overall health. The result of that was two medical referrals that led to the discovery of thyroid cancer and its succesful treatment, and a diagnosis and succesful treatment of asthma. Before I visited Dr. Kearst, I had been suffering at least two serious respiratory infections per year. Those are gone now. Dr. Kearst cares for his patients in a way that no doubt pleases the Lord. He genuinely loves them. My first visit was Monday and this morning was my third visit of the week. Friendly staff, clean facility, easy to find and good equipment used. To say I was skeptical is an understatement. I absolutely hated chiropractic care. See I had a really bad experience and it ruined me. My wife kept insisting that her chiropractor was different and wouldn't hurt me. I went only to shut my wife up. I had already made up in my mind that it wasn't for me. When I went in bent over after 2 back surgeries and walked out standing straight and in less pain, I was convinced that Dr. Kim Griggs truly knew what she was doing. Every time that I go I see improvement. I'm a lifelong client now. If you are on the fence about chiropractors, choose Dr. Kim. She is so kind and really listens.

I’ve had extensive back surgeries due to scoliosis and injuries. I have Herrington rods in my back from t5-L2, screws and a cage at L5-s1and neck fusion surgery at c5/c6. I DON’T trust just anyone to touch my back. Dr. Mayfield can single out the spots that are problems and give me relief. I have been going to one chiropractor since I was a teenager before my surgeries. I love chiropractic care.

I came to see Dr. Brigola about a year ago as I had a neck pain and shoulder injury from playing tennis. I have to admit I was a little nervous, but Dr. Brigola did an amazing job and after just a first visit I felt the difference. I have brought in both of my cats to see the Doc over the past 4-5 years and I have always been treated with empathy and professionalism by her and her support staff. Dr. Rachal explains her diagnosis, yet is receptive to questions and concerns. I would encourage any other cat owner to reach out to this clinic for treatment.

These Vets are simply the BEST! My pets have been a client for over 15 years and I could not ask for better care! The Dr's are caring, compassionate, state of the art, and are always willing to go above and beyond when the situation requires it. I started seeing these Dr's when they moved to Shreveport and I needed to find a vet that could help me with my Labrador's (Gabby) anesthesia issues. We had almost lost her several times with other vets in town and I needed help! I gave all her records to Dr Sarah, who called me the next day and said she thought she had the answer. We never had an issue again with Gabby and anesthesia!

So, first of all it's weird but my dog used to go to another vet that has now closed. But I carry my dog in a book bag sometimes, and when she would go into the other vet she would just start shaking. It was weird, I thought it was just vets but when I bought her here the first time she was her normal self barking at the bigger dog that was in the waiting room. I'm not sure what she was smelling at the other place. So I like this vet because you don't have to make a appointment. They have like two set times you can go like three hours in the morning and another three after lunch. That's actually great because most times with the exception of shots and nails when you want to go to the vet you want to go right than its usually a emergency to you. The prices are reasonable commiserate with any other vet I have been too. And although they don't have appointments on the busiest time I went I only had to wait about 20 minutes. It's clean it doesn't smell and the vet is very knowledgeable. She suggested I give my dog a medicine and at first I was like Chile please! But it actually was the good thing lol.
This was such a pleasant experience for me! When I arrived, I was so scared for my kitty girl, Peach. The front desk workers were so amazing, kind, PATIENT, both when we dropped Peach off and when we picked her up! I could go on and on. Doctor Hamilton was so great and amazing, she explained everything perfectly and talked us through the whole process. We LOVED her!! A 10/10 experience, thank yall so much!

I remember them being very respectful and treating Jenny like she was their dog. I haven't been back in a while due to me not having a dog to bring to get groomed. Well, that has now changed. I have a new dog. She is a Miniature Australian Shepherd. Her name is Lucy. I plan on bringing her to Brady and the Just for Fido team to get groomed here pretty soon and I am looking forward to dropping her off there in the near future.
