I started using this company in 2020 when my husband and I bought our first house in Benton and had issues because we lived in the country and at the time our technician was Mike who was amazing and always went above and beyond to respect our property and care for our home and family including our fur babies. We used him for years and eventually sold that house and moved to South Bossier. When we moved we got put with a different technician who we didn't like and so for the 2 years of living in South Bossier. I was pleased to see that all the spider webs were swept away and addressed. Past treatments have neglected to do that and that is the biggest bug problem I have are spiders. He also was really thorough in treating ants along the driveway and sidewalk. Kudos to Alex!
