I had a couple of large rugs that had been damaged by pets and time, but I just didn’t want to give up on them. I wasn’t sure if they could be saved, but it was beyond what any pet-vac could really solve. I heard Porters did a good job, so I called & went by there. The staff was friendly, helpful, explained the process clearly, gave me an upfront quote and scheduled the delivery service. They did everything just like they said, kept me aware of what to expect and made it so easy- and the rugs look like new again. I’m so glad I gave them a try and will definitely be using them again.

Porter’s did a great job cleaning our handwoven rugs and the two gentleman who brought them to the house were fantastic. Matthew and Trey were very patient with our multiple changes of how we wanted this and that done and cheerfully made everything just the way we asked. I’m so glad we finally called Porter’s - I had been putting it off. They were able to come to our house within the next week and they arrived on time (with a heads up call 10 minutes before). Jay could not have done a better job at cleaning OR being nice to my annoying dogs who were trying to help. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Upholstery cleaning
