Highly recommend these folks…Outside of the fact I am in the building industry I just built a new home had a problem with a toilet a few months later…called Holly up no questions ask said come pick up a replacement…That is service you would NEVER get from the big box store! Thanks Holly!

James at the counter helped me with my frozen pipes and getting exactly what I needed for repair ! He’s excellent at customer service and dealing with people who don’t know Jack about plumbing ! Thanks James, you have won a customer forever sir !!!A+++

Simply AWESOME customer service. James Tippett and Brett Kirkman in counter sales did a phenomenal job in helping me with by shower and hot water needs!If you have a plumbing issue, check with these guys. Wish I had sooner!!! Would have saved time and money!
