I have been using Chemistry for years and have never had a bad experience. They saved me after a bad haircut and I never looked back. The staff is polite and helpful and the stylists are all knowledgeable and excellent at their craft. Highly recommend.
The customer service was excellent. The woman answering the phones was super polite, helpful and patient with any questions. The stylist, Jessica was amazing. She listened carefully to what my daughter wanted done to her hair, you could see it in her face in how she was picturing what my daughter wanted, and how she was going to make it happen. She was always quick to smile, and reply with small talk, expertly going back and forth talking to my daughter and I. Anyone who wants a relaxed comfortable environment for your hair needs, this is the place. If you want one of the best stylists in town, ask for Jessica!
1st time here n my stylist, Aileen is most definitely a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!! She asked me how I felt about my hair n my goals n products I used n explained products to me n suggested her ideas/thoughts n what she felt would be better/do better!! She took the time to listen to me n was extremely super nice!! OMGoodness…I can’t forget her shampoos!! They are a ➕➕➕with the head massage…so relaxing beyond!! I have made on going future appointments with her!! I really look forward 💆🏼♀️
