Harrell is wonderful! He is honest and charges a reasonable rate. He has been fixing our plumbing for 2-1/2 years now. He is also very kind. (A neighbor across the street was having difficulty moving something. He lent him a hand directly after he finished my plumbing job.) He has always be straight up about cost.Service: Plumbing leak detection
