This is the best veterinarian clinic in the entire NWLA area. They're efficient, communicative, thorough, and they sincerely care. They're known to be expensive, but from my experience, they present you an itemized bill of what they recommend in treatment and care, let you make the final decision on what is necessary for your animal, and they work with you on paying your bill through Care Credit. They saved my dogs life with quick response and took the time to make sure she was recovering from the extensive injuries. They all were compassionate and extremely vested in her recovery.

I love this vet! They were so sweet and kind, and did everything they could for my dog even when we were on a budget. Unfortunately my dog did not make it, we very much miss him, but the vet clinic was so sweet and even sent a card with sweet notes from everyone at the clinic. Dr Shelby was so nice!
