North Shreveport Animal Hospital is a trusted and highly recommended veterinary clinic. The staff, led by Dr. Dukes, provide great service and exceptional care to pets, with a focus on comfort and health. The team is knowledgeable, patient, and gentle, making them a favorite among pet owners. They are especially compassionate, offering support during difficult times such as saying goodbye to a beloved pet. The clinic also cares deeply for the animals, with staff showing kindness and understanding in every situation. While the hospital excels in medical care and customer service, some suggest that the boarding area could be improved with more play and supervision to make it more fun for the animals.
