I thought I had mice in my attic. Damien came over the same day I called and looked at my attic. He showed me where a few entry points could be used, but saw no evidence of any mice in my home or attic! It's a great relieve to know I don't have a mice problem. I called Damien to speak to him about a problem at my Mom's house, Mr. Spearman came outand access the situation and honestly told me that unless we make repairs we would be wasting money treating it. I appreciate their honesty because they could have charged me for service that l wasn't going to benefit from. He didn't even charge me to come out that's what you call service, but he showed his human side treating people with compassion.
