Highly recommended to me, and I can see why. Within about an hour the plumber was here. The person who answered the phone was very nice and told me what I needed to know up front. The guy was quick and the cost was reasonable for a Friday afternoon after hours.
Have used Roach Plumbing quite few times. The techs are always very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair. Customer service is not only great with their techs, but with their phone staff as well. I will recommend Roach to anyone who needs plumbing services in the future.
My tub water would not turn off. So, when I went to turn water off at the main, I also found water leaking from a mysterious panel. The technician was here promptly as scheduled. Very polite and professional! Also, patient and informative with my 20 questions!! Once completed, he welcomed me to inspect his work ...and, to my surprise, NO MESS for me to clean up! In my profession, I've dealt with numerous vendors and contactors... And, Hats off to "Max"!! Looking for someone responsive, competent, courteous and willing to serve... call Roach!
