Dr. Rice has educated me on a lot of things I didn't know, he took time with me to explain the uncertainties and has quided me and will continue to help me through my journey with Thyroid Cancer. I recommend Dr. Rice to anyone who is having any Thyroid troubles. He is a humble Doctor and very patient and super professional. I'm so grateful for his talent and skill and honesty. I absolutely hate doctors! But this man was direct, transparent and helpful from the start. I wish he was general physician so I could use him more. I had a septoplasty and everything has gone exactly like he said from the start.

I researched looking for a ENT doctor that accepted United Health Care Community Plan and it clearly states on this doctors Highland Clinic profile that he does. When I called the rude argumentative receptionist said he does not. Why list misleading information? There are also quite a few negative reviews.
