Amazing facial experience. Beautiful calming space, massage of face, scalp, shoulders and arms during, and I left with my face looking and feeling healthier - plus three for for the healing hour.

I am a new customer to Big Branch Plumbing and new to tankless water heaters. Somehow I did not get the knowledge from the original installer that I should have the tank flushed and serviced annually. The tank worked great for a few years. Then recently, I began having issues with getting cold blast of water during a shower. I thought the issue was related to the shower head control. I called Big Branch last week, they came out and flushed and serviced the tank. They didn’t try to sell me extra unnecessary parts, which they easily could have since I am a senior citizen who knows little to nothing about tankless water heaters .
All was working well for a few days. Then I adjusted the thermostat and got another blast of cold… long story short…. I called them back , they came back quickly. Again they could have charged me for parts that were not needed, instead the technician took the time to explain how the system works and how and when to properly adjust during our changing seasons. No charge.
In my experience this company and technicians are honest and reliable. They know their business and respect their customers.

I want to send out a special thanks to Kevin of Turtle Electric for promptly responding to my electrical issue at my residence. My 200 main breaker was making a loud buzzing noise and there was arcing on the neutral bus that had me stumped. However; within 10 minutes; Kevin was able to see that there was a loose connection between a strap that bonded the neutral bus bars.

On July 28 2024 I got water damage to my floors.My insurance company sent Rainbow Restoration to my home to access the damage .From day 1 this company was great.i was out of town when all this happened and they took care of everthing and made me feel at ease. Everyone I talked to about my many questions were very understanding and caring. I feel like Chad and Judy are my best friends , they were very understanding and caring and assured me everthing was going to be ok. On Oct 1 my furniture was delivered today I was out of town but the two guys that brought everything back were very professional and put everything where it belonged. My furniture was well taken of wrapped and packed to perfection. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed their services❤️

I am a superintendent for Lakeshore Construction. We need a cleaning company to do a deep clean of a very technical complex internet hub. We called them late on a Friday after all the other conpanys we called either didn't call back or didn't show up. We task them with a very complex and difficult job. They did an outstanding job cleaning our building. Went above and beyond what they told us they would do. I would highly recommend them. If they are able to do this task, they can do anything.

I have been doing business with Brister-Stephens for over 10 years. My house was a rental for a few years and I had a home warranty so I have had plenty experience with other companies over the years. For the most part it is extremely hard to find a good AC/Heat company and because I was living in another state I was often a victim some shady folks. Our house has three units. The renters were responsible for minor repairs and service calls. The renter for some reason called another company. They walked in and wanted to replace everything (30k). They left without two of the units working. I call Jason Taylor at Brister and he had a tech over the next day and repaired with a quick fix just to get some AC in the house and then ordered parts to repair. 2500$ vs 30k. So happy with Brister-Stephens. They have never steered me wrong or taken advantage of me. Special shout out to Jason and Lori Taylor who have always made me feel like a highly valued customer. Highly recommend!!
For the last several years I had a vision of how I wanted to my backyard to look. After going meeting with several contractors none seemed to get what I wanted. I found Custom Outdoor and when i said I wanted a pavilion with metal poles with a metal roof Frank assured me that was what they were good at.
The project started promptly and the crews were all great. I think that my yard might have been left cleaner then how I left it.
I love my pavilion and have gotten nothing but compliments. My weekly cigar night with the guys has been permanently moved to my place.
Do yourself a favor and do not bother with another company and just go with Custom Outdoor.

In my pup’s almost 13 years, finding a good veterinarian has been a series of trial and error. Following an extreme allergy diagnosis in late 2021, her anxiety every time we had to visit, multiple disappointing treatment plans with our 3 previous doctors, we knew we needed a change.
Then came Monroe Street Animal Hospital. I don’t have the words for how much Dr. Paige and the entire team has turned my girls life around. She went from terrified to EXCITED for her weekly visit/bath with Monroe Street. Every person we’ve encountered there is amazing and seems to care about what they do. Sam is absolutely phenomenal, always so helpful and helps us keep everything straight when we visit. I could not recommend Monroe Street Animal Hospital more.
Friendly staff that care greatly for the animals they oversee. A client came in to give a gift to one of the techs while I was there, so they must really love the service they receive!

Dr. Paige is a rockstar.. if you want care and compassion, not just for your pet, but as a pet owner as well, this is the vet you're looking for. Dr. Paige gets to know you and your pet on a personal level (especially when your pet is a money pit that has alllllll the allergies, health issues, and problems ). The staff is great, friendly, and so incredibly accommodating. They have everything you need as a vet, and I could not be happier as a client here
We've taken our dogs to them prolly since they opened in 2005 and this place is amazing. Our last dog, a maltise, lived to 19.5 years old. As tough as it was with him passing away, without Devun, he prolly wouldnt have made it to 19.5. Our dog now, who is 5, is also a maltise, and Devun has continued to do a phenomenal job with him. They do any and everything they can for your pet and they show you how to take care of them in the best way.
But the thing that means the most is that they care. They'll call you and check on your pet if they needed to give them medication.
We're very lucky to have DeVun.

Everyone at South Paws was amazing!! They treated my dog, Millie and us like family. The receptionist, Katie, was warm & understanding and such a pleasure to speak with. Dr. Newton explained everything she was going to do with the surgery and did such a wonderful job you can hardly see Millie’s scar. She provided such good physical therapy (which was included) after surgery and that gave Millie a foot forward in healing. All the techs were simply the best. I can’t say enough about our fantastic experience with South Paws, especially when it was such a stressful time for us and our fur baby. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, Linda

My 1 year old Aussie Doodle RUNS into daycare every week, tail wagging and smiling. It’s her favorite day of every week. I recently had to leave her overnight for a weekend and had no worries or concerns about her stay. She is loved and well taken care of!
Paws have been coming to my house for yrs now and they do such an excellent job grooming babies. I have 3 different size (needs) of dogs and they handle all of them with love. It’s so nice just to walk in my driveway to drop them off to the van, no anxiety on their part. The grooming is exactly what I ask for and they are always making sure I’m happy with the outcome. You can’t go wrong with Paws Retreat.

This was my first time here and I’m honestly mad I didn’t come sooner. I got a massage where L walks on your back (which sounds intense, but it was incredible). She immediately zeroed in on the areas that have been bothering me, especially my tight trap muscles from working out, and completely loosened them up. I felt like a different person walking out of there.What really blew me away was how thoughtful and knowledgeable she was. She didn’t just give a massage , she offered posture tips, showed me stretches I could do at home, and even introduced me to treatments I’d never seen before. You can tell she genuinely cares and listens to what your body needs! She was so kind and made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. I slept like a rock that night and felt the most relaxed I’ve been in forever. I will 100% be back! this place is a hidden gem!
