My experience was fantastic! Heidi did the exact color I wanted which was a mixture of red and caramel highlights and lowlights. Gorgeous!!! Suzanne did the best cut, I was done with this HEAT and wanted above the shoulder layers . We took off about 5 inches, I absolutely love it and will be back ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ladies
