J&J Exterminating is truly spectacular! I have been a client for 10+ years for my home in New Orleans and have always been happy with their service. When I moved to Covington I decided to go with the cheaper option (Billiot Pest Control). This was a HUGE mistake. Because of the drought last summer the fire ants were incredibly active and were somehow getting into our home. I found fire ants in my toddlers bedroom, in our living room and in our kitchen. I would come home after a long day at work and there would be hundreds of them crawling around the house. Billiot came out to address the issues 3x and was never able to solve it. My pest tech Joshua Tillman is always helpful and always communicates with me before my monthly service. He is a very polite, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to educate me on my issues.
