Michelle was absolutely fabulous and made the whole experience (one that can be somewhat uncomfortable) 100% comfortable. I really enjoyed her personality so much!Her attentiveness to detail was very apparent, and I very much appreciate the way that she was over seeing her trainee with the same expectations. It was very natural the way that she was able to make me feel relaxed while executing this much appreciated service.I have used Yuri as well, who is equally as amazing! They are the nicest people and clearly know what they are doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience as someone that rarely gets waxed. Michelle is just the best and her husband is extremely helpful on the phone to make sure you can get scheduled. If you are a first-timer or hesitant about waxing or feel remotely uncomfortable this is definitely the place to go. You will be at ease immediately.Thank you! I will definitely be back.

Rest assured this is the most comfortable, professional and relaxing environment for waxing services. The staff is very informative and makes you feel so at ease. Such a great group of people, no matter who you schedule with.
