Terrible company, terrible employees, terrible management.They came to my house to do a steam clean of the carpets and a grout cleaning of my tiles. They ruined all of my tile floor because the guy scrubbed it with a wire brush and used some chemical stripping agent. The company 'owner' came by with a lot of attitude later and finally agreed that they would fix it by fully stripping the tile and then restoring it. When I called them repeatedly to schedule this, they claimed to be so busy they can't do it for 4-6 months. The owner Chris is extremely knowledgeable on water and mold remediation and with his background knowledge as a previous insurance adjuster he knows how to properly take care of your property. Can’t say enough good about him!

Rainbow does a good job to make sure all of their techs are qualified to handle not just in cleaning the flooring but in all areas of restoration. They come out prepared on all emergencies.
