I’ve had the team at Brooks come out and look at several plumbing concerns at my home over the last 5 years and they NEVER disappoint! Great service from a customer service and a quality repair standpoint. You won’t go wrong giving them a shot!
Brooks Plumbing replaced our 50 gal natural gas water heater in attic today. Melissa quoted the work, scheduled the work, let me know when the plumber (Jeremiah) would show up. Jeremiah and his crew showed up on time, were very courteous, and did an outstanding job getting the old water heater out of the attic and installing the new unit. They took extra care on a very rainy day to make sure they did not make a mess in my wife’s closet where the ladder up to the attic is located. Price was more reasonable than two other local plumbing companies and cost was exactly what Melissa told me it would be. I’m the GM of a small fitness studio. We were having issues with one of our bathrooms so I called multiple plumbers and ended up using Brooks plumbing. It can be hard for me to find people that won’t try and screw me over knowing I’m a 21 year old girl. I talked to Melissa and knew right away Id be using them. Honest and trustworthy people and they did an amazing job!
